Our nearby Brisbane Courier-Mail reported today about the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary keeper's practice of taking their wombats out for walks each week on leashes. Although wombats are stubborn and go where they choose, the wombat-walks help socialize the grumpy creatures, including 15-year old Judy, pictured above.
